An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on September 24, September 28 and October 1, 2021 found that We Care Nurses, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on July 28, 2021.
